Today was Brennan's 4 month check-up. She weighs 17 lbs 6 oz and is 26" long, I swear she's growing like a weed. At her last check-up she weighed 13 lbs 7 oz and was 23 3/4" long. She unfortunately had to have two vaccines but only cried for a minute. The doctor told me that we can start her on rice cereal so I'm looking forward to that. I think she'll like it, she's been eyeing my food a lot more lately. ;)Last night I was sitting on the couch with my feet propped up on the ottoman. Brennan was laying on my legs and then pulled herself up into a sitting position. I was so shocked! She did this numerous times before she got tired. It was so cute.
Our baby girl is growing up so fast and we are taking in every minute. We are so blessed to have her in our lives.

Wow. It seems like she should be older than 4 1/2 months for some reason. But it also seems like yesterday we were visiting y'all at the hospital!!
Do you remember when Ethan's eyes changed color? (I'm guessing they were blue to start?) This photo really makes both their eyes pop! Such cuties!!!
It was really close to a year when his eyes changed. Brennan's doctor said the other day that she just might keep her blue eyes but when I told her Ethan's changed so late she was surprised. She said that they usually don't change after 6 months.
Mine were blue for at least 9 months or so - my 1st Christmas pix I have blue eyes (April b-day), not sure exactly when they changed (hazel/green now). Our ped said the same thing (that Kaylee's prob won't change, and was surprised at mine being blue so long but not now). I do hope Kaylee's stay blue - I love the color!! Jamie's are blue, so maybe we have a better shot??
